we have booked king room with very good facilities. we had a spacious bedroom.

The air-conditioned king room was well-equipped and comfortable, featuring nice touches like magazines. the food was delightful, and the location was excellent. Being just a short walk from the underground station made getting around very convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a SUCH WONDERFUL stay for one night. The king room was fantastic with fresh coffee as well as balcony and the location was marvellous. There were coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator, and glassware. Location: the hotel was not far from the Colosseum, and Roma Termini stations, nearby the subway and centre in a wbile. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby. Everything was great, no reason to complain, I can't recommend highly enough it.

We asked for double room and it was delightful with all the necessary equipment. The staff were nice and always had a smile...

this hotel is an ideal place for a trip in rome. delightful absolutely fantastic rooms, they are provided with delicious breakfast and magazines and architectural books. the location is marvellous and comfy, variety of restaurants and local restaurants nearby. excellent service, the breakfast was tasty and delightful and they have public parking if needed.

We stayed at this hotel with excellent amenities, enjoyed a great and quiet location just 1 km from the airport, and loved the nearby authentic restaurant that offered fantastic prices.

The guest room was well-equipped with wine, magazines, an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware. the location is excellent, just a short distance from Colli Albani metro station, making it easily accessible from Ciampino Airport and the centre of Rome. There are also nice restaurants nearby, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

I really liked my stay here. the breakfast was great, with plenty of baked goods, boiled eggs, and other nice options to choose from. the location was fantastic, making it super convenient. Plus, our bedroom was really spacious! 😊.

The owner of Colfelice Rooms, Evaristo, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From providing detailed directions to greeting me upon arrival, his hospitality was exceptional. The single room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed and equipped with all necessary amenities, including toiletries and a wide range of beverage options. The location, though not in central Rome, was conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. I can't praise Evaristo and his property highly enough and can't wait to return next year. I highly recommend this charming B&B.

Super cute place in a non-touristy area, spacious room with fridge, air con, TV, desk. Friendliest host who made breakfast at any time, gave tips, and helped me learn Italian. Located right next to the metro for easy access to attractions. Amazing!
